Join our Fine Gardening Services Team and help create and maintain beautiful landscapes. As a Fine Gardener, you’ll work on-site at residential and commercial properties, providing detailed, high‑quality garden care that reflects the Polly’s standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Garden Installation & Maintenance
Planting, weeding, pruning, edging, seasonal cleanup, and enhancement of established landscapes. - Field-Based Work
Travel to client sites daily to care for gardens in a variety of beautiful outdoor settings. - Team Collaboration
Work closely with other Fine Gardeners to deliver consistent, high-level results. - Customer Interaction (as needed)
Represent Polly’s with professionalism when interacting with homeowners and clients.

Our Greenhouse Operations Team is the backbone of the garden center, providing daily care for all growing materials and supporting the smooth flow of operations throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Unloading Deliveries
Unload incoming plant and product shipments efficiently and with care. - Plant Care & Maintenance
Watering, pruning, staging, and general upkeep in a fast-paced greenhouse and retail environment. - Site & Equipment Maintenance
Light-duty mowing, basic vehicle/equipment care, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. - Customer Service
Assist customers with questions, plant selection, and general support as needed.
